Lifetime Murder Mystery Membership

We have hosted 4 Murders (so far!!) and have loved every one of them!!! I recommend them to everyone I meet. The way the games are organized and the amount of support from Broadway Murder Mystery is fantastic. I can’t wait for our next one.

It took me a little while to figure out how to access and use the Lifetime Membership. A short video walking customers through how to get started, along with some tips and tricks, would be really helpful.

At first, I honestly wondered if something had gone wrong with my purchase because nothing noticeable happened after purchasing the membership.

Once I figured everything out, I was excited about the access and what was included. I did realize that my Lifetime Membership is connected to my work email, and I haven’t been able to find a way to change it to my personal email. Since this is lifetime access, I’m concerned that if I ever leave my current employer, I could lose access to my purchase. I would really appreciate assistance updating the email associated with my membership.

Overall, I think a smoother onboarding process and the ability to easily update account information would make the experience much better.
