From the moment the mystery begins, our team handles everything: guiding the investigation, introducing twists and surprises, and keeping guests engaged from start to finish. Whether you're planning a corporate event, birthday party, fundraiser, or private celebration, we create an experience your guests will be talking about long after the killer is revealed.
Our murder mystery parties are a guaranteed killer time for groups of all sizes. Here’s how the process works.
Select the themes that's right for your group. Whether you're planning a corporate event, birthday celebration, fundraiser, holiday party, or private gathering, we'll help you choose the perfect mystery and package.
Tell us when and where you'd like to host your event. We can bring the mystery to your home, office, restaurant, event venue, or other location of your choice. Our hosts are professional actors located in New York City and Los Angeles, and can travel to other cities as well!
Our team coordinates the storyline, actors, and materials to ensure a seamless experience. Every party includes up to 20 suspect roles for guests to play, evidence files, a professional host to act as your Lead Detective and party guide, and a set of question menus to interrogate all the suspects. Additional guests can participate as detectives and interrogate suspects.
We can help assign characters in advance so that your guests know how to dress according to their character’s costume recommendations, or roles can be assigned at the start of the event.
Our professional actor(s) arrive in character and set the stage for an evening of suspense, laughter, and intrigue. Your Lead Detective will provide guests with their character booklet that includes all their secret information and a “script” to follow throughout the three rounds of interrogations and ultimate reveal.
If you are hosting this as part of a dinner party, we can integrate our 3 act structure around your meal. A sample 2.5 hour event timeline is as follows:
6pm Guests arrive, mix and mingle and are assigned characters. Our Lead Detective will assign one of your guests as the murderer in secret.
6:30pm The Lead Detective will start the round of introductions and Round One interrogations.
6:45pm Appetizers are served.
7:00pm The Lead Detective will start round 2 interrogations.
7:15pm Dinner is served.
7:45pm The Lead Detective will start round 3 interrogations.
8pm Dessert is served as guests make their wagers on who the killer is. Then the Lead Detective will call on suspects to reveal their innocence, leaving the killer as the final reveal.

For parties outside of NYC and Los Angeles, this can be a great option to have a professionally planned and hosted party without the travel cost.
Our fully virtual events are the perfect way to bring teams and families together from across the globe. All guests and the host will meet on zoom for a fully planned and guided virtual version of our standard murder mystery party event.
Our Full Monty experiences are full-scale productions with multiple actors who bring the show to your venue. These events are interactive shows where our professional actors play the suspects and detectives, while your guests participate by interrogating our actors throughout the multiple acts of the show.
