Grab your biggest hat and your shiniest shoes, because it’s time for the most exciting two minutes in sports and sixty minutes in crime!
Celebrities, tourists, and locals alike are eagerly awaiting the start of the Kentucky Derby, but the shot that rings out isn’t from a starting gun. Front-runner jockey Zeke Questrian has been shot to death in his horse’s stall, minutes before the race.
Who could have committed the crime of murder, and the even worse crime of keeping over 100,000 people standing around waiting? Could it have been Zeke’s rookie competitor, Rye Derr? Or known gambler Jack Pott, hoping to stack the odds? Perhaps it was Rose Garland, the official florist of the derby?
There are dozens of suspects to sort through, so hold onto your mint juleps and magnifying glasses - you are the only ones who can get Down and Derby to solve this crime!
Appropriate for ages 13+!
