Avery Richman, the wealthy art broker who owns the sprawling estate, has been found in his office, strangled with his own expensive silk tie!
Who needed Mr. Richman out of the frame? Was someone afraid that Avery might pull his lucrative listing off the market, thereby jeopardizing the sales commission? Did Mr. Richman know that one of the reality stars held a devastating secret- a secret worth killing over?
Even influencer status won’t help you avoid suspicion at this “Lethal Listing…” especially if the killer is YOU!

The mystery is built to be played by 4-20+ characters, ANY of whom could be the murderer and each have gripping motives for murder. **Additional guests can play as “detectives” who ask questions each round and guess the killer at the end!
